Loquat Welcomes Chris Cochran and Rogelio Sanchez two industry veterans join to drive product delivery, revenue, and customer success

MIAMI, Fl. – July 16, 2024 – Loquat Inc. today announced the addition of two senior leaders to its growing team. Chris Cochran joins as Chief Product Delivery Officer, bringing more than twenty-five years of product leadership experience from NCR Atleos, Charles Schwab, Expedia, and Western Union. Rogelio Sanchez joins as a strategic advisor, contributing more than thirty years of international banking, digital payments, and country management experience — including a twenty-three-year career at Visa.

Cochran will lead the product delivery function at Loquat, overseeing the end-to-end development and release of the company's core platform capabilities — including account opening, lending, CALM Portal, and Loquat IQ. His experience scaling cross-functional product teams in highly regulated financial services environments positions him to accelerate Loquat's product roadmap as the company expands its financial institution client base across North America.

Sanchez brings a deep network and market expertise across Latin America and the Caribbean, areas of strategic interest as Loquat evaluates international expansion opportunities. His advisory role will focus on go-to-market strategy, C-level relationship development, and regional partnership building. Both appointments reflect Loquat's commitment to building a team with the depth and breadth of experience required to serve regulated financial institutions at scale.
