America First Credit Union took the stage at Q2Connect to share the results of its small business digital transformation, reporting a doubling of digital adoption and a meaningful reduction in account activation times since rolling out Loquat's onboarding platform.

Speaking on a panel dedicated to business banking and digital onboarding, Kimberli Green (America First Credit Union) walked attendees through the credit union's journey: moving small business members from a time-consuming, manual account-opening process to a streamlined digital experience that can be completed online, in-app, or in-branch. The platform is available to Q2 financial institutions through the Q2 Partner Accelerator Program, which connects Loquat's onboarding and CALM back-office tools directly to the Q2 Digital Banking Platform.
