We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to help us understand complex client requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and contribute to the success of our products.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze complex client requirements, translate them into detailed user stories, and document specifications. You will collaborate closely with the product, development, design, and QA teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs. Proficiency with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence, and understanding their interdependencies and complementary features, is a key requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and product teams to understand complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories
  • Work with the design team to ensure that Figma designs comply with business requirements
  • Write clear & coherent User Guides that translate complex business requirements into digestible & user-friendly instructions for end-users
  • Document and maintain detailed specifications, process flows, and use cases
  • Manage the requirements gathering process and ensure alignment with product objectives
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are correctly implemented and tested
  • Create and manage user stories, ensuring they are well-defined and tracked in Jira
  • Utilize Confluence for creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, product documentation, and meeting notes
  • Link Jira issues with Confluence pages to ensure proper traceability and collaboration
  • Facilitate requirement validation and prioritization sessions with stakeholders
  • Support the product and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-launch support
  • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and comprehensive for internal teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
  • Strong proficiency with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence, and a solid understanding of their interdependencies and linking capabilities
  • Experience writing user stories, documenting business requirements, and creating process diagrams
  • Experience in working with Design teams, and ensuring Figma designs comply with business requirements
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and participating in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into clear, manageable requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with clients to understand and clarify business needs
  • Familiarity with financial products, payment systems, or other fintech solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required for this position
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in financial services infrastructure and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Azure cloud, Kubernetes, VPN tunnels, SFTP, SMB, REST and SOAP APIs, and automation tools. The DevOps Engineer will collaborate with our product and engineering teams to build, maintain, and optimize our production systems, ensuring seamless performance and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure on Azure and AWS clouds
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile applications, ensuring rapid and reliable deployments
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring uptime and responsiveness
  • Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters to support containerized applications
  • Establish secure and efficient VPN tunnels and file transfer protocols, such as SFTP and SMB
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Integrate and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless communication between systems

Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or ARM templates
  • Strong knowledge of security practices, including vulnerability scanning and remediation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2 and PCI-DSS

Qualifications

  • Expertise in leveraging CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and drive revenue growth
  • Proficient in utilizing a variety of software tools, including lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Constant Contact), deal management solutions (e.g., DocuSign, Calendly), and market intelligence tools (e.g., Crunchbase, CB Insights)
  • Exceptional negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent multitasking skills
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet client and business needs
  • Skilled in creating and delivering compelling presentations to clients and internal management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary
  • Additional experience in selling commercial payment solutions is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with account analysis and billing software is an added advantage
